Because our programs and products are tailored to each client’s specific goals and built through individualized implementation, our refund policy is designed to reflect both the personalized nature of our services and reasonable consumer expectations.
1. Custom-Built and Service-Based Programs
All e-commerce stores, media assets, and related business systems provided by Logical Enterprises LLC are custom-built and involve significant time, setup, and fulfillment costs. For this reason, once the initial work has begun, payments made toward any program are considered non-refundable.
If a client chooses to cancel prior to the start of work (typically within the first three business days after payment), they may request a partial refund, less any processing or administrative costs incurred at that time.
2. Digital Products and Deliverables
Digital files, creative materials, and online store builds (including website designs, commercials, banners, and related assets) are non-returnable once delivered or accessed, as they cannot be returned or revoked once received.
3. Modifications and Adjustments
We are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns or requests for adjustment within the scope of the agreed project. Requests outside the original agreement may require an additional service order or change fee.
4. Program Transfers or Credits
In some cases, and at the company’s sole discretion, Logical Enterprises LLC may allow partial credits or transfers of value toward another service, provided the request is made in writing and reviewed by management.
5. Exceptions and Legal Compliance
If specific refund rights are mandated by state or federal law, consumer protection statutes, Logical Enterprises LLC will comply with those requirements.
Any exceptions or discretionary refunds outside these policies must be authorized in writing by an executive officer of the company.
